T&K Associates are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Setter / Part Programmer to join our Client on a permanent basis in Shepshed.
Due to the expansion of the business, this is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a small friendly team that has some fantastic growth plans.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient setup, programming, and operation of the CNC machines to produce high-quality components.

CNC Setter/Part Programmer Job Details:
£31,200 per annum Paid overtime available 40-hour working week - Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 4:45 pm and Friday 7:30 am to 12:30 pm Annual bonus scheme Company pension scheme 21 days holiday + bank holidays Free tea / coffee Uniform provided Free parking & Canteen facility on site
CNC Setter/Part Programmer Role & Responsibilities include: Set up and operate CNC machinery to manufacture components to specification Program CNC machines, creating and modifying part programs as required Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain production efficiency Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality and adherence to deadlines Maintain accurate documentation for setups, programs, and quality checks Any other duties as required
CNC Setter/Part Programmer Person Specification: Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator/Programmer Familiarity with XYZ machining centres is advantageous Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work as part of a team
