CNC Setter Operator

Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Turner Setter/Operator to join our team. As a CNC Turner Setter/Operator, you will be responsible for setting and operating Fanuc controlled lathes to produce high-quality precision components. Responsibilities Set up CNC lathes according to job specifications and ensure proper calibration Operate CNC lathes to produce precision components within specified tolerances Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machine operation or production quality Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator Proficiency in setting and operating Fanuc controlled lathes Strong understanding of machining principles and practices Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Day-to-day Setting up CNC lathes for specific jobs Operating CNC lathes to produce precision components Inspecting finished parts for quality assurance Troubleshooting and resolving any issues with machine operation Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment Rate and Hours Rate: Competitive, based on experience Hours: Full-time, with potential for overtime as needed
