CNC Setter/Operator – Full-Time – Mon to Fri – RG30
Our client is recruiting in order to build their growing team. Position Summary Pay from £10.50 to £12 per hour, depending on experience Start dates from this week Full-time Hours Monday to Friday 07:30 – 16:00 Mon to Thurs and 07:30 – 14:00 Fri Key Responsibilities/Tasks: Receive Job book from Data Prep Communicate with your Manager if you do not have a clear understanding of the requirements Carry out quality control on each item produced to check for any damage Ensure products are cleaned and ready for assembly Complete tasks within specified time limits Carry out routine maintenance checks on machines and update maintenance logs Maintain safety standards Ensure accuracy and quality of work completed Work closely with other teams to guarantee client requirements are met Key Skills/Experience: Understanding of Drilling Machines Experience in a Manufacturing Environment IT Literacy Knowledge of both metric and Imperial Measurements Ability to work and communicate clearly with colleagues and managers Benefits of Working with Sterling Recruitments: Weekly Pay Online portal to view all payslips Holiday accrued weekly, and paid separately, not included in pay rate Referral bonus for any friends you recommend to us
