Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Turner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with setting and operating Mazak lathes and Fanuc controlled lathes, with knowledge of programming being beneficial.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC turning machines to produce high-quality components.
Interpret engineering drawings and program as necessary.
Inspect parts using precision measurement tools to ensure they meet specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure they are in good working order.
Qualifications
Proven experience in setting and operating Mazak lathes and Fanuc controlled lathes.
Knowledge of CNC programming is beneficial.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Day-to-Day
Setting up CNC turning machines and loading materials.
Operating machines to produce components according to specifications.
Inspecting finished parts for quality and making adjustments as necessary.
Collaborating with team members to ensure production goals are met.
Rate and Hours
The rate for this position will be competitive and based on experience.
This is a full-time position with standard working hours, with the potential for overtime during busy periods.
