Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled CNC Turner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mazatrol experience for Turning on Mazak lathes, and preferably experience in milling as well.

2 x 5 axis Variaxis i600's one equipped with a 12 pallet station
3 x VMC's ranging in sizes
Turning
550M - 900mm dia x 3m long capacity lathe (2022)
350MY x 1.5m (2023)
4 x 250MSY - 3 with Hydrafeed bar feeds
1 x 200 MSY with hydrafeed bar feed (2022)
Responsibilities
Operate CNC machines for turning with a focus on maintaining high-quality work
Programming using Mazatrol and work on projects from start to finish within set timeframes
Monitor and maintain multiple machines, ensuring efficient and accurate production
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion
Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times
Qualifications
Proven experience in CNC machining, with a focus on Mazatrol for Turning
Proficiency in offline programming is preferred
Ability to work on multiple machines and projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Proactive mindset with a strong work ethic
Day-to-day
Set up and operate CNC machines for turning and milling.
Program and adjust machine settings as needed for different projects.
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Package
15-18 dependent on experience and skill level - Salary options available
40 hours - 4 days (Mon-Thurs 7.30-18.00) or 4.5 days (Mon-Thurs 8-17.30, Fri 8-12.00) Can be slightly flexible on working hours
