Maintenance:
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve issues related to machine operation, tooling, or programming to minimize downtime.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including setup sheets, inspection reports, and machine maintenance logs.
Qualifications and Skills Experience:
Proven experience as a CNC Turner or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Proficiency:
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications; proficiency with CNC programming and operation.
