CNC Turner Permanent, Full Time We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Turner for our client, a well-established company looking to expand their talented team. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours available to suit your lifestyle. CNC Turner Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC turning machines with Fanuc control competently. Program CNC machines accurately to meet production requirements. Produce accurate, high-quality components with maximum efficiency. Create programmes and production methods for new parts using Fusion 360 or a preferred system. Carry out inspection, including first-off inspection using gauges and measuring instruments. Self-check and inspect your own work to ensure adherence to quality standards. Effectively manage your time to meet customer deadlines and production schedules. CNC Turner Skills

Proven experience as a CNC Turner, with a solid understanding of CNC machining processes. Fully skilled in programming and operating CNC turning machines. Ability to understand engineering drawings with imperial and metric dimensions. A good understanding of mechanical engineering and machining principles. Self-motivated and capable of working independently within a small, friendly team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
