Due to our clients continued expansion, we are seeking highly skilled CNC Operators/Setters/Programmers/Toolmakers to join our clients dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

CNC Machining: Operate and set CNC machines to produce precision components to tight tolerances. Programmers: Develop and edit CNC programs using industry-standard software (e.g., Hypermill, Powermill) to automate machining processes. Toolmakers: Design, manufacture, and repair precision tooling for CNC machines. Quality Assurance: Inspect and verify machined parts to ensure adherence to engineering drawings and quality standards. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve machine and programming issues to minimize downtime. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of CNC machining principles, tooling, and cutting techniques. Programming Expertise: Advantage - Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Hypermill, Powermill). Machine Operation: Experience with Heidenhain, Fanuc, and Haas CNC controls. Toolmaking Skills: Ability to design, manufacture, and repair precision tooling. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications:

Time-Served Apprenticeship: Formal training in CNC Machining/toolmaking or mechanical engineering. Aerospace Experience: Previous experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment. Benefits:
