3 days onsite Role Description: The CNI Support Engineer role involves providing Level-2 infrastructure support, managing day-to-day requests and incidents, and ensuring smooth operations of IT systems. The position is critical for supporting Active Directory processes, laptop and desktop troubleshooting, and application support while ensuring compliance with best practices. Responsibilities: Manage ServiceNow (SNOW) requests and incident management tasks. Provide Level-2 infrastructure support, including user creation, modification, and deletion using Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra). Support starters, movers, and leavers (SML) processes. Handle password reset requests and troubleshoot user access issues for laptops and desktops. Build laptops and desktops using Intune and Active Directory. Rebuild laptops and reconfigure applications as needed. Support application users and their laptops. Deploy and support patching and security tools. Monitor workflow management tools and respond to logged tasks, incidents, and requests. Collaborate with technical leads and colleagues to maintain high standards. Key Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Proficiency in ticket management systems. Expertise in user creation, modification, and deletion processes in Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra). Hands-on experience with laptop and desktop management using Intune and Active Directory. Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP, NFS, NTP, SMTP, DNS, DHCP, FTP, and TELNET. Familiarity with troubleshooting and rebuilding laptops and desktops. Ability to support patching, security tool deployment, and application processes. Person Specification: Active SC clearance is mandatory. Client-facing skills with excellent communication and assertiveness.
