Join as a Strategic Co-Founder responsible for driving organizational growth through two key verticals: Building and managing relationships with organizations for talent recruitment Identifying and bringing startups for our fundraising and advisory services Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies for market penetration in global markets Build and maintain relationships with startups, scale-ups, and enterprise clients Lead partnership initiatives with venture capital firms and startup accelerators Drive revenue growth through both recruitment and fundraising verticals Collaborate with the founding team on strategic decisions and company direction Leverage network to establish Power Nest Talent as a leading player in the industry Required Educational Background

Master's in Organizational Psychology Master's in Human Resources Management Master's in Organizational Behavior Experience Requirements

10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR consulting, or startup advisory preferred Proven track record of scaling businesses from $0 to $10M+ revenue Strong network in the startup ecosystem and venture capital community Experience in building and managing global teams History of successful strategic partnerships with fortune 500 companies Prior experience as a founder or co-founder preferred Desired Expertise
