Your mission is to help growing companies find and hire great talent. F6S Jobs and Talent already serves a global audience of tens of thousands of hiring companies and hundreds of thousands of talented job seekers. We’re looking for a co-founder who will take it to the next level. Specifically, we’d like someone who has broad knowledge and experience in successfully building a large-scale product that helps job seekers find roles with the right companies and startups. This is a unique opportunity to build a business that starts with a strong base of job seekers and hiring companies. You will be in charge but also have lots of support across the areas you need. Grow the F6S jobs and talent platform for F6S’ 5 million users and companies as a product (not a service) Deliver an awesome product and features for both job seekers and companies that are hiring Use your knowledge, experience growing large jobs and talent products and data analytics to drive growth Making money will be important at later stages and we’d love to hear about your experience and ideas Desired profile

Proven experience building and scaling a successful jobs or talent platform Experience delivering revenue in a high-growth product environment A data-oriented mindset and successful experience with data-driven product development Experience successfully getting new talent to seek roles and companies to create new job listings at scale Experience building a product that maintains engagement for both talent and companies across the user lifecycle Able to effectively communicate in English Tenacity Perks
