An exciting opportunity has arisen to set up a new co-pack startup within our new site at Harworth. You will contribute to the success of the site and business by managing the day-to-day running of the Co-Pack Department, ensuring that all service and cost targets are met in accordance with QA and safety standards. This can be a challenging role as you could be overseeing a multitude of contracts at once; therefore, you will need to be adaptable and a problem solver. To be successful in this role you will need to ensure the construction and delivery of the products meets the high standards of the customer. What will you be doing? Effectively motivate, lead and manage the co-pack operations team Ensure the final product meets client specifications Maximise production efficiency to ensure the plan is met on an hourly/daily basis Act as the initial point of contact with the customer Manage the operation in line with the Quality Management System, including quality records and checks Effectively use the onsite Warehouse Management systems Provide capacity plans in line with customer forecasts, highlighting future resource constraints Ensure products align with agreed quality standards Plan labour to maximise production efficiency Liaise with other key departments and customers regarding the production plan Communicate production process efficiency targets Liaise with internal departments to provide effective communication of production requirements Utilise systems to drive continuous improvement in all areas of the co-pack operation Ensure compliance with hygienic audits and GMP Maintain up-to-date training and skills matrices for production workers Communicate plans with customers and site operations to ensure customer satisfaction Ensure all paperwork and systems are completed and accurate according to company procedures Qualifications

Flexibility to cover various areas within the warehouse High level of attention to detail Team player capable of working on their own initiative Knowledge of on-site systems Able to work to tight deadlines PC literate in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Drive and desire to progress Flexibility in approach to work and shift patterns Ability to lead a team, delegate, supervise functions, and keep staff motivated Good oral and written communication skills Excellent time management and problem-solving skills Additional Information
