Salary – £27,000 to £29,000 dependant on experience. The Role We are currently recruiting a Coach Scheduler to join our friendly and busy team based in Bournemouth. You’ll be responsible for: Scheduling coach drivers to cover routes across the UK, to ensure efficient and cost effective planning. Ensuring scheduling is within daily and weekly driver hours and remains fully compliant with regulations. Working with the transport team to ensure vehicles are available for inspection/maintenance in accordance with the company’s inspection schedule. Day to day driver management including dealing with late passengers/delays, sending pick up lists and booking of driver accommodation. Management of driver holidays. Working with our call centre to advise agents/customers of short notice delays/changes. Be on call one weekend in three to provide support to drivers and the wider business. Ability to work with a variety of stakeholders ranging from drivers to hotel managers. The role is full time, based in our Bournemouth offices. The coach management work on a rota shift basis to ensure cover to support the drivers and business needs. The role is predominately office based, however travel to our hotels may also be required.
