Coffee Equipment Engineer/ Field service Technician

(or SCS Engineer as we call it) to join our Technical Department on a mobile basis.

Responsibilities and Key Duties:

Installation & Setup

Install coffee vending machines at client locations, ensuring proper setup and calibration. Provide training to clients on machine operation and basic troubleshooting. Maintenance Perform routine maintenance on coffee vending machines to ensure optimal functionality. Replace worn-out components and ensure hygiene standards are maintained. Troubleshooting & Repairs Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and software issues in coffee machines. Conduct efficient repairs and minimize equipment downtime. Inventory Management Maintain a stock of spare parts, tools, and cleaning supplies. Accurately document inventory usage and report shortages. Client Service Provide exceptional client service during installations and maintenance visits. Respond promptly to service requests, prioritizing urgent issues. Technical Reporting Maintain accurate records of service visits, including diagnostics, repairs, and completed tasks. Submit reports on machine performance trends and recurring issues. Requirements Proven experience in repairing and maintaining coffee machines or similar vending equipment. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and software faults. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
