Full Time Introduction:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Coffee Machine Field Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing commercial coffee machines and related equipment. You will be the face of the company to customers, ensuring their coffee machines run smoothly, providing high-quality technical support, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Perform on-site installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of a range of coffee machines (espresso machines, bean-to-cup machines, grinders, chocolate machines, water boilers and related equipment). Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to coffee machines and other associated equipment. Provide preventative maintenance services, ensuring machines are operating efficiently and prolonging their lifespan. Perform PSSR tests and complete written schemes of examination. Keep accurate service records, documenting all work carried out, including parts replaced and hours spent on-site. Ensure timely response to customer service requests and resolve issues effectively and professionally. Work closely with customers to provide product training, advice, and guidance on proper machine use and care. Maintain a thorough knowledge of machine models, their specifications, and new technologies in the coffee industry. Maintain and manage stock of essential parts and tools, ensuring the necessary inventory is available for each job. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards when working on-site. Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries over the phone or via email as needed. Requirements:

Proven experience in servicing and maintaining commercial coffee machines, including espresso machines, bean-to-cup machines, and grinders. Strong technical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, prioritising tasks based on customer needs. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. A valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire frequently is required. Occasional travel nationwide with occasional overnight stays. The ability to work on Saturdays and be on call on other occasions is essential. Preferred Qualifications:

Certification or training in electrical, mechanical, or relevant fields. Previous experience in field service or as a technician in a related industry. Knowledge of coffee machine manufacturers is an advantage. Benefits:
