The postholder will provide behavioural and cognitive psychological interventions to children with a range of mental health difficulties. They will work within a multidisciplinary team, carry their own caseload, and provide expert supervision within the CBT framework. They will undertake risk assessment and risk management and provide advice and support to carers/families about a client's care and management of presenting problems. They will also be expected to provide senior clinical leadership and service development across all aspects of the service. Psychologists & Psychological Therapists provide key leadership roles within the Trust.
