The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating the Coin Press Machine and other similar machinery to manufacture components for our internal assembly flow lines, ensuring the highest quality and timely delivery. My client will offer full training on their products and machinery. Duties:
Set up the press with the correct tooling (dies, collar, blanks, etc.) to suit the job specification. Follow the correct production processes, including first strike approvals and reject rates. Responsible for striking the correct number of components required from the works order. QC the completed work with the QC packing team to ensure the product is ready for dispatch. Carry out daily maintenance and cleaning of the press ready for the next order. Ensure Health & Safety is carried out and followed. Suitable Candidate:
Previous experience of setting and operating machinery is necessary. Competent in reading and understanding engineering drawings and able to inspect work using a range of measurement equipment. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience in CNC Milling or CNC Turning machine setting. Hours:
8 am - 4.30 pm Monday - Friday with 2 x 15 minutes paid break and half hour unpaid. Benefits:
