We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Colleague Engagement Partner to join our People team, taking a lead role in developing and implementing our internal engagement programme that supports a culture of high engagement and develops our employer brand in line with our Hendy values.

Reporting to our People & Organisational Development Director, you’ll play a crucial role in collaborating with a range of internal stakeholders to guide and facilitate colleague communications, acting as an internal consultant that demonstrates best practice. This will involve using our intranet, internal messaging, and promoting colleague wellbeing. Your role will be varied, providing a great opportunity to make an impact and build credibility within our business.

Working closely with our marketing team, you will own the People directorate PR plan and actively seek opportunities to share our internal stories, build our employer brand, and develop internal brand and communication guidelines for colleagues and managers.

About You We are looking for a proven colleague engagement professional with a focus on People. A fundamental part of this role will be ensuring that all of our internal communication and engagement activity is consolidated into a single plan. Therefore, your organisational and project management skills should be outstanding. Your ability to build relationships and influence at all levels is crucial for success.

We seek someone with creative flair and experience in using compelling language to promote stories that increase engagement and colleague satisfaction. Due to the breadth of this role, you’ll need to be comfortable working at pace and self-managing while appreciating the bigger picture and the importance of our engagement agenda in line with our group vision.
