You will be working within the Collections team, speaking to existing customers, helping them get back on track with their payments, and setting up payment plans. Description Duties of the Collections Advisor will include: Supporting customers with queries Working with customers over the telephone, providing essential support and dealing with a wide range of disputes and queries Setting up payment plans Maximizing collections activity Resolving problems and queries Managing and prioritizing workload Profile The successful candidate will have the following skills: Ability to understand the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectiveness Organizational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently Ability to work well under pressure Experience in a customer-focused role is preferable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong IT skills Job Offer Salary: £22,308 OTE up to £35,000 Great company benefits All applicants will undertake DBS/CCJ checks prior to employment
