Key responsibilities of the Collections Advisor:
Engage with customers:
Build strong relationships to resolve payment queries efficiently. Manage collections:
Oversee aged debt accounts, ensuring timely collections and reducing overdue debt responsibly. Track and report:
Monitor payments and maintain accurate account statuses. Process payments:
Handle refunds and payment transactions accurately and professionally. Collaborate:
Work towards team targets and contribute to the success of the department.
What We're Looking For:
Language Skills:
Fluent in German (business proficiency required). Experience:
A proven track record in customer-facing roles, especially in fast-paced environments. Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach. Tech-Savvy:
Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel. Resilience:
Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and remain focused.
