We are currently working with a great company across the Financial Services Industry who are looking to appoint a Collections Advisor to join their team. Working hours are Monday – Friday with some flexibility on hours worked.

First Class Service to Customers – Handling high volume of Inbound & Outbound Calls
Negotiate Payment Plans / Provide Financial Advice across a range of Circumstances
Working across FCA / Collection Guidelines
Escalating Cases to Senior Management
Understand Customer Needs & Circumstances to agree appropriate Solution
Treating Customer Fairly
Profile:
Strong Communications Skills – verbally and written
Good IT Skills
Experienced within a Collections / Customer Service Environment
Beneficial to have worked in a FCA Regulated Environment
