Description Duties of the Collections Advisor will include: Supporting customers with queries Working with customers over the telephone, giving them essential support and dealing with a wide range of disputes and queries Setting up payment plans Maximising collections activity Problem and query resolution Ability to manage and prioritise workload
Profile The successful candidate will have the following skills: Understanding the customer's requirements, responding with professionalism and effectiveness Using organisational skills to handle customer queries quickly and efficiently Ability to work well under pressure Experience in a customer-focused role is preferable Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong IT skills
Job Offer Salary: £22,000 Great company benefits Generous holiday allowance Excellent staff discounts Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 7pm - on a rota basis
