Build and maintain strong relationships with clients who have taken out finance for projects. Keep updated on project progress to pre-empt repayment issues. Review pending litigation and receivership cases to ensure repayment dates are met. Ensure accounts are managed to exit in a timely manner, guaranteeing loans are repaid. Deliver a positive experience throughout the customer journey to ensure repeat business. Review and assess customer developments to ensure progress and planning meet agreed deadlines. Monitor planning portals to provide monthly management information and manage accounts effectively. Package and Benefits:
