Up to £45,000 plus bonus & benefits Overview: My client, a highly regarded household name organisation, is looking for a talented Collections Strategy Analyst to join their Credit Risk team. This team is responsible for analysing a large-scale credit portfolio and using data to develop insights that optimise both customer outcomes and business performance. This role is perfect for someone with strong data analysis skills and a genuine curiosity for solving complex business challenges. You will play a key role in understanding customer behaviours, designing and implementing strategies to support those in financial difficulty, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of collections processes. Key Responsibilities: Produce regular reports and undertake detailed analysis using multiple data sources. Identify trends and provide actionable insights, contributing ideas and solutions to address challenges or seize opportunities. Continuously review and improve collections strategies to enhance recovery rates while ensuring fair and compliant customer outcomes. Build and present reports and strategy recommendations at internal and external meetings. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including teams in customer service, marketing, and technology, to implement effective portfolio strategies. About You: Experience in an analytical role or a strong numerical/analytical background. Knowledge of collections processes or collections strategy. Proficient in tools such as SQL. A natural problem solver with a logical approach to tackling business challenges. Excellent attention to detail and a strong drive to deliver results. Experience working in a cross-functional environment and the ability to present insights effectively to stakeholders.
