Our client is seeking a
Combustion Engineer
to provide engineering support to the regional client portfolio including technical and engineering needs. They're a successful HVAC company that owns 3 different manufacturers which operates across 65 countries and has been in operation for over 100 years.
They are currently looking for a Combustion Engineer to join their team due to expansion across the UK. They are looking for an engineer who will travel in and around London carrying out Service, Maintenance, Repair, Refurbishment, and Fault Finding of Commercial Gas Systems across their wide variety of contracts that range within the commercial sector.
Duties include:
Maintenance, repair, refurbishment, alteration, modification, or commissioning of Commercial Gas systems. Providing technical support to clients and fellow engineers. Ensuring all Health and Safety obligations are met and coordinated with the project delivery team. Coordinating with the project delivery management team and liaising with planners. Ensuring sites are maintained in a clean manner at all times. Producing, managing, and maintaining critical spares lists.
Combustion Engineer Job Requirements:
Hold both ACS Domestic & Commercial tickets. Minimum 5 years of working within the Commercial gas service industry as a mobile service engineer. Clean UK driving license. Beneficial to hold F-gas or have skillset in HVAC systems such as AHUs.
Combustion Engineer Salary & Benefits:
£(phone number removed) per annum depending on experience. 50-hour contract, 10 hours is paid travel and 40-hour site time. Additionally travel outside the 50 hour is paid at 1.5. Overtime: 1.5x Mon-Sat, 2x Sun/Bank Holidays. Company van - personal use to be discussed. 25 days holiday plus bank - option to purchase up to 5 more days. Call out 1-3 with £150 standby, overtime and travel pay. Pension (5% EE, 4% ER). Medicash - Discount on Health and Fitness. Enhanced Paternity and Maternity pay.
