We are excited to announce a volunteer opportunity for dedicated individuals to take on a strategic leadership role within the Volunteer Cadet Corps (VCC). Unit strategic leadership is a core priority for us, and we strive to provide cadets with a fun and challenging training experience while ensuring all activities are safe and compliant.
We are seeking an experienced and passionate uniformed CFAV, or in exceptional circumstances, regular or reserve personnel to #MeetTheChallenge at Lympstone Division RMVCC, based in Commando Training Centre Royal Marines. Ideal candidates may come from within the VCC or from other UK Cadet Forces. The Commanding Officer will play a critical role in providing strategic leadership for their unit, acting as a vital link between their unit, the Parent Establishment, and the broader Service community.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining an enthusiastic and passionate interest in all unit activities, ensuring that they are conducted safely and adhere to relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures.
