Key Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining a personal pipeline of new business opportunities. Providing clients with expert advice on new business quotations, coverage options, and guiding them through to renewals. Working closely with clients to expand and optimize their coverage, ensuring they have the appropriate protection. Collaborating with the broking and support teams to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete. Actively negotiating with underwriters to secure the best possible terms for clients. Managing all cases in a compliant, timely manner. Meeting and maintaining income and retention targets. Collaborating with the management team to achieve business objectives and supporting the development of colleagues. Assisting with renewals and policy adjustments as needed. Required Experience & Skills: A solid background in the commercial insurance market, with a desire for a long-term role in a company that offers support and opportunities for growth. Strong skills in communication (verbal, written, video), negotiation, influencing, sales, stakeholder management, delegation, and IT. A client-focused mindset, confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels, particularly at the board level. A full, valid driving licence is required.
