As a key player in optimising B2C Breakdown Retention performance, you'll deliver insightful analysis that drives informed decision-making and enhances customer outcomes. You'll produce dynamic reports and models, honing your technical skills while providing both regular and ad-hoc analysis. Your work will support commercial retention marketing and empower the inbound and outbound retention contact centre teams to achieve their goals. What will I be doing?

Produce regular and ad-hoc analysis to understand retention performance versus forecast, working alongside a second Commercial Analyst. Analyse inbound and outbound contact centre performance to improve understanding of commercial save and discount drivers. Collaborate with marketing and contact centre colleagues to measure the performance of retention initiatives. Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards and reports that are easily understandable for the team and wider stakeholders. Assist the commercial and marketing teams in better understanding the drivers of retention. Review raw data structure to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity. What do I need?

Commercial and analytical experience are essential, ideally in a similar role and in a similar organisation such as financial services, contact centre, insurance. Strong problem-solving skills, including the use of appropriate analytical techniques to draw conclusions and solve a range of business problems, as well as the ability to organise, filter, and augment data appropriately. Highly numerical with experience in logical thinking and the ability to communicate complex topics effectively. Ability to learn new skills quickly and apply them in new situations. Capable of working under pressure and using judgment to provide appropriate answers within required timescales. Experience with data manipulation and relevant analytical tools, which could include Excel, SQL, Python, Databricks, and Power BI. Preferably, a degree-level qualification or equivalent in a relevant commercial or analytical subject area (e.g., maths, science, engineering) A curious mindset and a willingness to get stuck into the data to answer business questions.
