WE ARE AMDARIS

At Amdaris, we bring together exceptional talent to deliver custom software solutions and drive digital transformation. Our acquisition by Insight last year has only solidified our standing in the market to become the leading provider of software solutions and paving the way for an exciting growth trajectory with ambitious future goals. Our expertise spans software development, cloud computing, IT strategy, and digital innovation, helping businesses optimise their technology and achieve their strategic objectives. With cutting-edge projects and a dynamic team, there has never been a better time to join us and be part of our journey to shape the future of technology. COMMERCIAL ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES

We are a small team based in our lovely headquarters in Central Bristol. We are a systems driven team. Unsurprisingly, for a company that consists mostly of developers, we see technology as an enabler to faster, more robust and scalable solutions across finance and the wider business. We invest heavily in the tools and training available to our team to enable them to do their job in the most efficient way possible. This means a focus on integration and automation where possible. Despite this, you’ll not drag our finance team too far away from Excel, so it’s important that you are comfortable working in Excel too. Key Responsibilities:

Reconciliation of Work Orders to Salesforce quotes once work is won. Assisting commercial teams in ensuring that Work Orders are created in the correct and latest format. Liaising with Insight legal teams as required for any changes to template format. Assistance in ensuring that Work Order follows the correct signature/governance process depending on deal territory. Generation of Work Orders for signature out of Adobe and following through to completion. For Insight invoicing - completion of order form to be shared with Insight for billing. Monitoring of timesheet completion throughout the month. Creation of Sales invoices in Netsuite on a monthly basis. Reconciliation of Sales Invoices to Advance. Ad-hoc requests from commercial teams on rates/margins etc. COMMERCIAL ANALYST REQUIREMENTS

Highly IT literate, specifically with MS products such as Excel, Teams and Outlook. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to read relatively complex legal agreements. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines. LIFE AT AMDARIS
