We are seeking a full-time, experienced Commercial Analyst to provide reports and analysis on all aspects of Airedale’s commercial activities. The role would be based at our head office in Bradford. Working as a key member of our commercial team and reporting directly to the Group Supply Chain Manager, the candidate will play an integral part in driving informed decision-making and optimising financial performance. The role will involve working with multiple internal & external stakeholders and excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Key responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analyses and generate reports for the Group Supply Chain Manager including but not limited to supplier spend, rebate forecasts and quotation statistics. Extract meaningful insights from large datasets aiding in data-driven decision making Contribute to the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of our Commercial Framework Regularly monitor and report on KPIs offering insights into performance trends and areas requiring attention Make recommendations for cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements Work effectively with the Group Supply Chain Manager, build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and gain an excellent understanding of the business needs. Work with subsidiaries within the Group to analyse and report on spare part purchasing. Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years’ commercial/data analysis experience preferably with experience in the commercial catering sector Fully proficient in using SQL (Structured Query Language) Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Computer literate and proficient in data visualisation and reporting Self-motivated, personable and happy to speak with suppliers and colleagues via written and verbal communication. Ability to multi-task, prioritise, manage time and operate under pressure when required with a keen eye for detail Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to calculate and present savings opportunities. Flexible, reliable and can demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to travel to Group company and supplier premises occasionally as required Location:
