HEOR is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Commercial Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to support strategic account activities by providing robust business analytics, stakeholder mapping, and account and therapeutic intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to synthesize data, develop reports, and communicate findings that drive business impact.

Key responsibilities include: Providing in-depth analytics and insights to support strategic account planning Analysing pipelines and identifying trends, growth opportunities, and areas for targeted outreach Developing and maintaining company intelligence reports to support strategic objectives and client engagement strategies Conducting detailed stakeholder mapping to identify key decision-makers, influencers, and networks within target accounts Tracking and documenting outreach activities to ensure effective engagement and follow-up Supporting client teams with timely, data-driven insights Managing the CRM and other relevant internal data systems to ensure accurate, up-to-date information on client activities and engagement Coordinating internal meetings, including scheduling, preparation of agendas, and documentation of key takeaways and action points Providing administrative support for the management of client accounts, ensuring smooth and efficient operations Tracking outreach efforts and engagement activities to monitor client interactions and measure progress against strategic goals Minimum Requirements: Proven experience in business intelligence and data analytics, with the ability to analyse complex data sets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
