Due to a centralised focus on driving real-time data metrics and company-wide performance insights, an opportunity exists for an experienced Commercial Analytics Manager to join a high-performing analytics function with the mandate of providing pivotal decision support to key executives across the business. This organisation has a strong growth mandate and a history of promoting talent from within. About the Position As the Commercial Analytics Manager, you will contribute directly to the business group's success. As part of a dedicated analytics function, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and commercial advice to key business stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include: Taking ownership in providing analytics support for strategic business initiatives. Providing monthly analysis and actionable insights on business performance results. Supporting data modelling and analysis in the ongoing process of health fund contract management and negotiations. Managing key stakeholder relationships and providing continuous improvement across programs and systems. Providing regular financial management reporting, driving commercial outcomes from both a revenue and cost management perspective. Driving automation by improving reporting and analytical capabilities company-wide. About You To be successful in this challenging and rewarding role, you will have demonstrated experience in a similar senior analytics position or come from a financial planning and analysis background with a proven statistical/financial modelling skillset gained from working within a large multi-site business, ideally within the health industry. With a high level of emotional intelligence, you will be capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Advanced Excel is essential, and experience using statistical and/or BI software such as SAS or Tableau would be highly advantageous. Contact Please call James Hyndman to discuss.
