As a Commercial & Corporate Lawyer, you will manage a range of work involving corporate and commercial transactions, company formation, shareholder and partnership agreements, and general business advice. To be considered for this position: You will need to have a minimum of 7 years PQE. You will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize workload, enjoying working under pressure. You should be self-motivated and capable of working to deadlines. This position will involve building reputable relationships with clients and staff across all departments, so you will need to work well within a team but also independently.
