We are looking for a Commercial and Funding Manager/Director to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our business. What You’ll Be Doing: Identifying and leading bids and tenders to secure new opportunities and partnerships. Managing and optimising levy funding and grants to maximise business potential. Developing compelling propositions that align with market demands and customer needs. Overseeing financial reporting and ensuring accurate forecasting to meet business goals. Contributing to the creation and rollout of qualifications in line with funded programmes. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, both internally and externally. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar commercial role, preferably within the training, construction, or education sectors. Excellent track record of success in bids, tenders, and funding management. Strong financial acumen, with experience in reporting and forecasting. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. A strategic thinker who is results-driven and innovative in their approach. Why Join Us?
