Our client is a respected and well-established high street firm, with multiple offices in Devon. The firm enjoys a healthy influx of instructions from regularly returning clients as well as referred work, due to excellent local links. They also attract high value work on a local and national basis.
As a member of their busy Property Department, you will be running your own caseload of transactions in relation to commercial and residential properties and have regular involvement in marketing and business development.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a caseload of both residential and commercial property transactions. The salary on offer for this position is competitive for the market and depends on experience.
