What we’re looking for in a nutshell You’ve got experience in managing the design process for a range of commercial and mixed-use projects from new builds, refurbishments to conversions. What you’ll be doing As Architectural Design Manager, you’ll cover: Design management;

oversee and manage the architectural design process for all projects, working closely with the team to ensure it fully meets the brief. Planning application support;

prepare, review and support planning applications, producing presentation work and design and access statements to enhance the application documents. Regulatory compliance;

ensure all designs comply with relevant building regulations, fire codes, health and safety standards, etc. Value engineering;

identify cost-effective design solutions and materials without compromising on quality, aesthetics or functionality. Stay current;

keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies and best practices in architecture and design. What skills and experience will you have Experience;

design management, preferably with commercial property fit or development. Knowledge;

of building codes, regulations, planning applications and construction processes in commercial environments. Software;

working knowledge of AutoCAD, Adobe products, Revit and Sketch Up. Communication;
