Salary:
£35,000 – £43,000 + Full Benefits Package Our client, an award-winning consultancy in the Environmental sector, is actively recruiting for a lead Commercial Asbestos Surveyor to join their closely-knit team at their Essex office. With over 20 years of trading experience and specializing in the Environmental market and Asbestos in particular, they are a nationally recognized training provider and quality-driven consultancy that values both staff and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Complete Management/R&D type, HSG:264 guided Asbestos Surveys on a range of Commercial, Retail, Health Care, Education, and Industrial projects, visiting client sites directly. Submit relevant plans, reports, and bulk samples when directed. Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 5 years of Asbestos Surveyor experience. Familiarity with Management/R&D type Asbestos Surveying in commercial and ideally industrial buildings. Strong IT skills and proficiency with hand-held tablets. Excellent communication skills. Full UK driving license with the ability to travel to sites across Essex and neighboring counties. Commutable Locations:
