Commercial Asbestos Surveyor Up to 36,000 + Full Benefits Package Loughborough, East Midlands Our client, a market leading Asbestos Management Consultancy based in the East Midlands, is looking for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join their team. As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will work on a wide range of commercial type contracts located across the East Midlands region. Essential Requirements: BOHS P402 qualification for Asbestos Surveying and Sampling (or RSPH equivalent) Minimum of 2 years of commercial (and ideally industrial) level Asbestos Surveying experience Confident user of Microsoft Office packages Strong communication skills, both verbal and written A full UK driving license with the flexibility to commute across sites Flexible approach to out of hours/weekend work The Role: This Asbestos Surveyor role will see you conduct a range of disciplined surveys (Management and Refurbishment & Demolition) across a range of properties including commercial, retail, and industrial level properties across the East Midlands and further afield (on occasions) to suit the needs of the business. You will follow all guidelines and legislations, whilst producing and submitting written reports and collecting bulk samples for testing and sampling. Our client is offering a fantastic benefits package on top of a basic salary starting from 30,000 up to 35,000 per annum including an expensed company vehicle, flexible overtime options, pension scheme, and further opportunities to progress into other areas of Asbestos consultancy.
