Job Title: Commercial Associate Civica is looking to hire a Commercial Associate to join our growing commercial team. The successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day commercial and contractual tasks for the group, as part of the group commercial function. The role involves engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders and is very focused on delivering in a time-pressured environment. The Commercial Associate will work within the levels of Authority that are delegated and will be expected to refer all matters as necessary in accordance with appropriate procedures. The Commercial Associate will report to a Commercial Manager or Director who is responsible for the commercial management of a business or collection of business units. The role is to support the business and the respective Commercial Manager and/or Commercial Director, enabling them to provide analysis and reporting on contract performance, mark-up, drafting and negotiation of contractual terms, and general contract administration activities. This will involve reviewing contract terms and providing written and verbal communication briefings of the contract terms and conditions to Commercial Managers and/or Commercial Directors.
