Responsibilities: Provide practical advice and expertise in advising clients, primarily in the private sector, on complex legal matters. Draft and advise on commercial contracts, such as distribution and agency agreements, and franchise arrangements. Negotiate commercial contracts and provide regulatory advice. Support broader transactions, such as hive-downs and digitalisation. Develop a deep understanding of clients' industry sectors, including retail, food & drink, media, sport, hotels, leisure, healthcare, and financial services. Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Relevant experience working on non-contentious commercial contracts. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a complex and varied workload effectively. Self-motivated and willing to learn. Experience in leading others to develop their skills and knowledge. Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Experience in commercial contracts within the retail, food & drink, media, sport, hotels, leisure, healthcare, or financial services sectors. Technologies: Proficient in relevant legal software and tools.
