Support broader transactions, such as hive-downs and digitalisation. Develop a deep understanding of clients' industry sectors, including retail, food & drink, media, sport, hotels, leisure, healthcare, and financial services. Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Relevant experience working on non-contentious commercial contracts. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to manage a complex and varied workload effectively. Self-motivated and willing to learn. Experience in leading others to develop their skills and knowledge. Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Experience in commercial contracts within the retail, food & drink, media, sport, hotels, leisure, healthcare, or financial services sectors.
