What you'll be doing We are looking for an enthusiastic, analytical operator with knowledge of DMPs / audience targeting and hands-on experience optimising advertising campaigns to join our award-winning audience management team. Our audience-targeting platform (Aperture) is undergoing a transformative journey to accelerate its journey to deliver performance-driven outcomes for our clients. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Product and GTM, this role is important to deliver this goal, as the Commercial Audience Data Executive will develop processes and lead optimisation of our client's campaigns, working collaboratively with our sales, planning, ad operations, and post-sales teams to deliver and shout about our client's successes. Key Responsibilities: Analytical approach to Data Targeting Recommendations: Analyse and align audience data to client needs, providing relevant insights for enhancing campaigns. Methodically Improve Segments: Working diligently to improve segment performance. Campaign Optimization: Support real-time ad campaign optimizations to improve performance metrics. Use analytical skills to identify opportunities to expand client campaigns. Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Google Ad Manager (GAM) and related ad tech tools. Manage large datasets and conduct detailed analyses to support optimization strategies. Collaborative Support: Collaborate with sales, planning, and AdOps teams to synchronise campaign goals and performance goals. Promoting cross-functional cooperation to enhance workflows and promote best practices in data management and campaign execution. Performance Monitoring: Improve methods of tracking campaign performance, and sharing insights and recommendations with partners. Close the loop: Use past campaign insights to shape and grow future tactics. Experience that will put you ahead of the curve DMP experience (Permutive preferred). Campaign Management Experience: Demonstrated expertise in data and campaign management, with a focus on Google Ad Manager (GAM). Knowledge of KV pairs and on-page targeting solutions. Strong analytical capabilities with in optimising campaigns through data insights. Work efficiently with cross-functional teams.
