This organisation has a workforce of over 50,000 individuals, focusing on delivering high-quality services and solutions in a variety of sectors. They operate in Lanarkshire and are looking to add to their Accounting & Finance department. Job Description Providing strategic financial insights and recommendations Collaborating with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting Driving continuous improvement in financial processes and systems Supporting the development and implementation of financial strategies Managing financial risks and opportunities within the business services sector Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts Contributing to the company's financial goals and objectives Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards The Successful Applicant A successful Commercial Business Partner should have: Professional accountancy qualification, eg CIMA, ACCA, ICAS, etc A robust understanding of financial strategies and risk management Strong business acumen and ability to provide strategic financial insights Experience in financial reporting and budgeting Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in financial software and systems Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team An academic qualification in finance, business, or a related field What's on Offer An attractive salary package between £75000 and £80000 yearly A bonus scheme offering up to 10% Generous holiday leave of 33 days including bank holidays Private Healthcare This role does not offer remote working - candidates must be on site 3 days a week.
