Drive performance across client services, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns while fostering a high-performance culture. Be Present & Visible:
Work onsite at least
three days a week , engaging with teams and clients to provide hands-on leadership. Client Leadership:
Build and nurture relationships at the highest levels, ensuring client satisfaction, growth, and retention. Strategic Commercial Oversight:
Drive profitability and identify opportunities for business expansion within existing and new client portfolios. Stakeholder Management:
