We are seeking a skilled Commercial Contracts Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery and management of contracts, focusing on large NEC contracts and programmes. You will play a critical role in managing relationships with stakeholders, while being customer and supplier-facing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract management, ideally with experience in NEC contracts and Quantity Surveying. Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management and delivery of commercial contracts. Lead the management of large NEC contracts and programmes. Interface with customers and suppliers to maintain strong working relationships. Manage key internal and external stakeholders effectively. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations while identifying and managing potential risks. Role Requirements:
Proven experience managing contracts, particularly NEC contracts. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Background in Quantity Surveying (preferable). Security Clearance is highly advantageous. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. What We Offer:
