Forward thinking, well-established firm Key Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts, including service agreements, supply agreements and partnership agreements. Advising clients with contract disputes. Building and maintaining strong client relationships by providing exceptional legal advice and service. What we are looking for: 3+ PQE in commercial law. Excellent communication skills with a client-centered approach. Be a high performer who thrives in a fast-paced business environment. Commitment to professional development.
