A highly established Legal 200 firm is recruiting for a Commercial Contracts Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join its Corporate and Commercial team. This is a unique chance to work with high-profile clients on varied, non-contentious commercial matters.
The Role:
You’ll handle a diverse caseload of non-contentious commercial contracts, working on distribution, data protection, franchising, IT agreements, IP licensing, and corporate support contracts. Working alongside multiple partners, you’ll tackle high-value, complex commercial matters and have clear opportunities for advancement.
About You:
You will be a qualified solicitor with strong experience in commercial contracts (circa 4 years PQE+) in Commercial Law, you’ll bring experience in commercial contracts, ideally including technology and IP.
