Commercial Contracts Solicitor | NQ - 3 PQE | Belfast
BCL legal are instructed by a leading law firm in Belfast with the recruitment of an Associate (NQ - 3 PQE) into the Commercial Contracts team.
As a Solicitor joining this Commercial, IP, IT & Technology Team, you will be working with clients from various sectors across a wide range of commercial contracts, technology sourcing and intellectual property matters.
You will be supporting Partners on leading market-leading deals acting for household name clients. This will involve the drafting and negotiation of outsourcing contracts and intellectual property and GDPR compliance, including data processing.
The Partners in this team are excellent and are very much involved in supporting the development of associates within the team.
About you
Qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years PQE ideally, however those with more PQE will also be considered. You will have gained experience at a well regarded commercial firm and have experience in commercial contracts. Ambitious and keen to develop your experience. Excellent communication skills both internally and with clients. Strong academics.
