Managing the commercial aspects of multiple concurrent projects Agreeing and managing payment schedules Assisting with the commercial set up of contractual agreements Managing payment plans to ensure cash flow is maximised Collating and producing financial reports and maintaining contract administration Sourcing and managing subcontract payments and agreements Requirements:
Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor or in a general commercial role such as estimation or procurement Experience of managing payments Experience of working in a project driven environment Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills.
