I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading nationwide modular contractor for a commercial controller in their head office.
Located in Brandesburton, East Riding of Yorkshire, the successful candidate will be someone living locally to the office.
The successful commercial controller candidate will be someone from a background of commercial experience within the industry; however, estimating experience itself is not necessary.
Duties:
Working alongside the QS for the region to provide commercial support. Chasing payments & invoices, assisting on volume of works, and providing information used in the final accounts report. Training on the job, working closely with a senior member of the team to ensure seamless integration into the commercial department. A degree in the commercial field is not necessary; previous commercial experience in the industry is what the client is looking for.
