On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Commercial & Corporate Contracts Solicitor or Legal Executive.
The Role:
You will be undertaking all aspects of commercial and corporate law, particularly commercial contract work.
Skills and Experience required:
You should be comfortable working collaboratively; you will also be able to work independently at all times ensuring that the clients’ needs are paramount. You will also be comfortable with business development.
You will have between 2 – 5 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial and corporate work including dealing with commercial contracts and corporate transactions.
Expertise of commercial contracts is essential, particularly IP & IT contracts and joint ventures.
Experience of dealing with commercial contract management and procurement would also be helpful.
